Stomach pain is the term being used by majority of people in order to define the pain felt between the breastbone and the groin. Stomach pain is a very good indication that there is something wrong with the normal process inside the abdomen. Muscle cramps happen when a person experiences pain in stomach. In some cases, the pain can be very crippling.

Stomach pain can be caused by disturbance in the digestive system or by a disorder. If you are a type of person who doesn’t like the idea of going to the doctor immediately, you can do some the home or natural remedies to alleviate the pain in stomach. These natural remedies are just recommendations in case you experiences minor stomach pains and do not defy the idea of seeking medical advice. You may or may not follow this, but for best results, seek medical guidance.

Mint juice and lime juice are known to be efficient remedies for pain in stomach. Mix one teaspoon of mint juice in one teaspoon of lime juice. For best results, add rock salt; just a pinch, and half teaspoon of ginger juice. Ginger is also believed to be a great remedy for stomach pains. All you have to do is to excerpt the juice of the ginger. To relieve the pain in stomach, just apply the ginger of the affected area.

Lemon juice is also good for treating pain in stomach. Just make a mixture of a glass of drinking water, half teaspoon of rock salt and 2 teaspoons of lemon juice. Mix these ingredients until the rock salt is completely dissolved. Drink this mixture for at least three times a day. Fenugreek seeds are also good for treating stomach pains.
